Delivery Method

Bob’s uses the U.S. Postal Service to ship our items to you. For most efficient shipping, we use several carriers, taking into account weight and destination. Alternate shipping charges could apply – if so, we will notify you before shipping. For special shipping requirements, please contact us.

Shipping Cost

We calculate shipping cost based on the cost of the item purchased.

Delivery Timeframe

Payment Method & Security

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express Cards.

When you place an order, we are notified immediately of the pending transaction. You will receive an email notification that we received your order. Once the payment transaction is complete, you will receive a second notification. Each email will have a link to your order status.

We offer highly secure online payment through one of the world’s most trusted online credit card gateways, Authorize.net. They will screen cards for authenticity and process the payment. Our shopping cart utilizes SSLA Secured 256 bit technology, which encrypts personal information before it is transmitted. At checkout, you will see the padlock icon on your browser, and the url will start with “https://…” indicating that the SSLA is activated.

Privacy Policy

When you make a purchase in our online stores, you may choose to give us basic information: name, email address, mailing address, ZIP code, phone, and credit card numbers. This allows us to process your transactions more efficiently, and ultimately, to give you a higher caliber of customer service.

In order to serve you better, we may at times contract with other companies to help us process information. For instance, their assistance can help us better fulfill customer orders, manage and enhance customer data, and comply with postal regulations. When a purchased item is not immediately available, many of our customers appreciate receiving an email to update the status of their order. We also may need to contact customers by phone, postal mail, or email if questions arise regarding their orders.

Updating your contact information is quick and easy. Just contact us, including your previous and current full name, mailing address, email address and phone number. Please understand updates may take from six to eight weeks to process from the date of request receipt.

We support and adhere to the guidelines and practices adopted by the Direct Marketing Association’s “Privacy Promise.” In so doing, we agree to comply with a customer’s requests to not share their information with other companies or to contact them for marketing purposes by postal mail, telephone or email.

Return/Refund Policy

All items on the Bob’s No Problem website are handmade and we’re constantly improving our products. Occasional differences in color or details will vary from shipment to shipment. The images on this website are meant to convey the approximate representation of the product.

We make our best effort to keep the website current.

We do not currently offer refunds unless of course an item was ordered, paid, and subsequently put out of production.

If you have received a damaged package or item, contact us. We’ll walk you through the steps to make the return, or to receive a replacement item. We honor our commitment to quality workmanship and your satisfaction is important to us.
